Greetings,
I wish to take Standard Chartered to the Bank’s Ombudsman for imposing a penal charge for what it claims a Late Payment.
I contest your claim that the payment on my Visa Credit Card No [protected] was late.
It was made on time and I am not going to be bullied into paying the penalty.
First you forcibly sent me a credit card and then you make unreasonable demands. Is this how you make profits in India?
Please cancel this card immediately.
