[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — Credit card reward point redemption

I have been registerd complain to you nodal officer with ref. No. (KMM39591091V41158L0KM)

He replied me that we wish to clarify that our association with Landmark has already been withdrawn with effect from 29 February 2020. However, the existing Landmark card can be used till plastic expiry.

This is not valid and liable conclusion. Also said me i already unform via mail. I want to clarify that i have 10, 000+ unread mail into my inbox.

My submission : Your SC bank system is not liable to resolve my issues regarding redemption of my rewards point no. 27, 755 which is added in my account ever month. It has value around Rs. 7000 & more. Other bank also give lot options if they discontinue their contact with any merchant like SBI recently discontinued Central store redemption due to some issues and Empalled lot of merchant like kalyaan jewelers, bata etc. for convenience for customers. Landmark customer representative also asked we have no issue to provide service if SC bank will convert your point to Landmark reward. So SC bank malafalosly harase customers with reason that discontinty with landmark and force customers for lost his reward money. It is totally wrong practice and Challangable in RBI, India against SC bank.

I pray you that the leading bank of india SBI which provide alternative facility to customers in such situation so why you not?

My praise to redeemed my reward point by any mode like e-voucher, cash redemption etc. which earned with lot hardship and long time.

Sir,
I am getting daily SPAM mails from Standard Chartered bank, sometimes three times a day just like a doctor's orders. They have hired [protected]@connectinboxx.com to do their dirty job.
Can you please take up the matter with his cheap company which has no Standard.
