Standard Chartered Bank — Extra charge for credit card ([protected])

Standard charted bank ordered a credit card (card no. [protected]) to me that I never received neither I make any transaction with it. They issued something virtually. continue sending us bill.
I call the customer care and ask for cancell the card but still getting bills via mail.

This is with reference to your e-mail dated 13 June 2023, addressed to Head
Customer Care regarding your Credit Card Account.

Our records indicate that the card number ending with 4354 which had been
dispatched to your mailing address through Blue Dart courier (vide Airway Bill
Number [protected] on 13 January 2023 had been returned undelivered due to
CONIGNEEE SHIFTED FROM THE GIVEN ADDRESS

The annual fee had been debited as per the terms and conditions and schedule of
service charges. Since your card has been utilized after the billing of the
annual fee on your card account.

We have arrange to reverse the financial charges debited in your card account
ending with 4354. This credit will reflect in next month statement.
