[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank — LATE CHARGES & INTEREST CHARGED AFTER PAYING FULL OUTSTANDING

Dear Sir / Mam, I had made the payment for total outstanding of my credit card before due date for statement generated on November but late charges & interest applied on my Card on loan account for statement generated in Dec14. I have made the total outstanding payment in time to my credit card account but I was not aware of paying it separately to Loan on card account. So Late charges & Interest charged to me even after paying the total outstandingly. When I called to customer care & told them no one has informed me about this, they told it has already there in IVR. So requesting you to take some action quickly & reverse the late charges as I had cleared the total outstanding. Thanks & regards, Jagadish Chandra Ratha
