Standard Chartered Bank — Late payment charge, even after on time payment. Did extra payment & that too not reflecting in next Statement.

Even after on time payment, Bank has charged me late payment charges. I have written a mail to Customer care and they have replied saying Bank has arranged to reverse the late payment charge and it will reflect in next statement which never happen.
Apart from that, I have made extra payment for same moth but again this is also not reflecting in next month's statement. When asked again about above 2 problems to customer care. I didn't get any reply from Customer care even after n no of follow-up.
