The above card has been surrendered to your local Branch, Hyderabad, more than two years ago
and, at my request, this account has been closed. However, I continue to receive your monthly
credit card statements even now.

I had been granted a Credit Limit of Rs.1, 000, 000/- and a Cash Limit of Rs.100, 000/- and these
figures are shown in all the statements generated by you month after month. As I am on tour
frequently, I do not wish that any such statement should fall into the wrong hands in my absence
and thus give room for its misuse. Please, therefore, DISCONTINUE generating monthly statements
on the above card.

A line in confirmation of the above will be appreciated.
