I had already cleared in my previous mail that Rs-561.44 as Dishonor Charges will be only paid only after the reason of dishonor is cleared from the scan copy which is to be provided by you as in the trailing mail and further other delay charges does not makes any sense, Today even after one month after my first mail Standard Charted bank is unable to provide the documents itself raise doubt the reason of dishonor, my SBI branch Manager given has the reason of dishonor is different as yours and this can only be verified after scan copy of the reason provided by SBI is seen. Kindly resolve this matter on priority basis as further delay is making me restrict to use this card .Further delay in my matter will force me to move in to another level of complaint so resolve it ASAP.
