Hello I Praveen Kumar Gupta, credit card holder since May 2011 (card no. [protected]), I am writing a complaint against My personal loan account no - PL - ONE EMI WAVIER 50112864, which was for 5 years. When it was remained for 39 months, I had a top up on this loan of Rs. 100000/-, after that loan was again converted to 5 years. As per my discussion with my customer care executive "Ms. Shivani" (Phone No. [protected]) that I wanna continue loan for remaining 39 months only. She was also assured me that after 3 months it'll convert back to 36 months but there's no conversion, it still continues for 5 years. Now she's not taking my call. I don't wanna loan to continue for 5 years. It's a request, kindly convert it to 36 month. Thank you...
