Subject: regarding personal loan with standard chartered bank on april 15, 2016.

Sir,

My name is om prakash. I applied for a personal loan to standard chartered bank on april 15, 2016. Sc bank staff collected all the required documents needed for personal loan and also done the verification later on.

Later on, they sanctioned a loan amount of around rs 2.7 lacks. They collected all the required poc documents and taken my signature on loan agreement papers. I asked a copy of agreement paper but they said it will be provided you later on.

Few days later, i queried about the disbursement of sanctioned loan amount but they surprised me by stating that address verification is still pending. I argued, how you completed poc and agreement without having address verification done but they gave useless answer.

Since then i have been calling them regarding the updates on that but they never responded. They have ruined all my family plans and all. I was completely distressed for long.

I am looking forward for your kind consideration for a penalty and punishment for them.
