[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Phone Calls using bad languages | |||
Dear Sir / Madam I am a credit card holder of your bank last four digits are 6474.Now since the market is slack down payments are been tough to be done but still i am trying to at least pay the minimum amount..Now since week i was busy in social ( My Uncles Death) so was not able to make the payments... Now your banks recovery person somebody calls as a name of Diwakar, he does not have manners to talk to ladies or old persons .. He is using such a abusive languages which a standard chartered employ will never use...I am using your card since 8 years. I will be paying the amount ...but if this call continues coming to me and at my home that will force me to stop the payment.. its does not allow you bank employee to talk nonsense.so i request you to please update to your employees...We know the tricks and turns but i want to be loyal till the limit.. don't force us to take this matter to legal...all the calls from today will be recorded... Once Again telling you The payment will be done by 20th of this month...stop the persons like diwaker or whatsoever his name is to dial a call at my home... Was this information helpful? | |||
