Standard Chartered Bank — PL status - Top-up loan

HI, This is a long story of my PL with standard charted bank, one of your PL executive called me on 28th of March’15 asking for top-up in my existing PL since I also had some emergency I said ok, then she said once the EMI is debited on 5th of April’15 she will collect the document s and process the loan. The offers promised to me was Rs.999/- processing fee, Zero pre-closing charges and Last month EMI waver. Since the system update is happened only on 7th April’15, only then she could take the final amount of the old loan. The documents were collected on 8th of April’15, She said the process is on. From that day till today I had 2 times personal verification in my house, 2 times tele-phonic verification and 1 office verification and even after all this every day she will give me some story and convince me saying today the process will get over. Beyond the stage she could not handle she put me to her TL and he took his turn of doing the same to me. The worst part of the process is even he is not able to let me know when I will get the dispersal, he told me on 18th the approval will happen today and they also send a person for getting the agreement signed since the processing fee promised to me was not horned I refused to sigh the document then the usual statement came from TL saying the bank has changed the processing fee from 10th of this month so we have to charge 1% of the dispersal which was 3800/- instead of 999/- promised to me. Now you see the turning point, the person came to get the agreement signed told me the actual position is your PL is not approved yet we are collecting the document for emergency purpose so that once the process is over we will disperse the amount but their might be the change in amount so kindly sign the agreement with our filling any amount. Now this mail is drafted on the ultimate forestation and the mental pressure given to me by bank employees. Still waiting to get the reply. Now for last 24 hrs TL no. is switched off and executive is not picking the call. This is called as wonderful service at your door steps by Standard charted. NOW I NEED TO KNOW DO I WAIT OR GO TO NEXT BANK ALREADY 25 days over.
