Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rammohan Reddy. I sent service request for Cheque Book with Receipt Number:[protected] on 30th November 2016. But till the date I have not received the cheque book from your side.
Wednesday I have informed to your customer care person about this and taken the complaint. Complaint details as per below
"Your concern is captured with reference number [protected]. Our complaint resolution team will contact you within the next 2 working days-StanChart"
Saturday also I have informed to customer care about this. But they also unable to trace about my cheque book request.
I required my cheque book by today Monday. Its already more than 10 days. If I didn’t get the cheque book on today, I may lose my opportunity from my part time business. It may cause much money lose to me.
I request you to interfere in this matter to solve this issue.
