Need your help. I had a credit card of Standard chartered but my transaction was not much only of 9000 in the year 2004-05 but the same was cleared by two transactions by cash. The representative from your organisation came and collected the same from me at my residence. Then there was no communication from your bank regarding the same. I spoke to that person some Mr. Sunil Sharma who had collected the money from me he said that the same is cleared and the letter of clearance will be given to you in due course of time. Later i went to hyderabad as my husband had got a job there and then as it went out of my mind i did not follow up. But then there was a call from their legal people Sah Finanse Ltd in the year 2011. Mr. Imran he started abusing me and spoke all dirty language with me. He even told me that I know you are going through all the legal divorce case etc., I will make your life miserable and also kidnap your kids and create a havoc in the new society where you live. He even sent some person who came to my office and created a big hungama and even in my house. All this created a very bad image of me with my in laws. Telling all this he took a cheque of Rs.136000/- from me. I told him that how can I give a cheque when I do not have a credit in my account. But then he created so big havoc in the office that I had no alternative. I was alone hence I did not know what to do I was too frightened cause I have never seen a drama like that. He then deposited the same and made a case of cheque bounce with me. Please tell me how can I come out of all this. I am really a poor person having a job of 15k. have to live hand to mouth. Please help me as there is no mistake of mine. Please I beg of you to help me. My name is MINI VENUGOPAL NAIR. I do not have my card no. Please help me as that person Mr. Sunil Sharma and Mr. Imram is making my life miserable. If this is the case nobody will take a credit card even if it is helpful. Please help me.
