Standard Chartered Bank — Requesting for the closure of credit card yet not closing and generating monthly bills

Hi team,
I was using Standard Chartered Credit card and later I decided to close it. I made all the due payment on time and registered my case with the customer care team to close it. It has been more than 2.5 months and still my card is active and bill is getting generated. The charges of card is getting added every month. Despite calling their team more than 4 times they have not closed it. So, I would request you to close the card asap.
