I have put up a request in the month of december 2017 to upgrade my titanium credit card to much rewarding card as it was useless. However, the executive said that we will get back to you in a week to confirm. I informed his that if you cannot please cancel my credit card as i do not with to renew. However, no one get back to me and than on 30th dec i had also sent an email to cancel my card with card number but still no one reacts and now they charged me for annual fees and renew which i did not wish. I am gonna drag you to consumer court for this but never gonna pay you the charges you put on me where i did not wish to continue.
