Dear Sir, It is surprising for me after my request to verify and clear dues from CIBIL, without verification of account where they adjusted EMI payment against renewal charges of Credit Card which I have not received. They appoint a Recovery Agent to harass me and recover extra payment for settlement & NOC. Please look into and help us to resolve the same.
