Standard Chartered — Opened new account without my agreement

Fake opening of new account without my consultation. And charging late payment charges due to late payment of Flipcart.
I am using standard charted card. I had bought a mobile on emi on Apri 2013. I had been paying regularly to standard chartded. All the payments done were through cash. I am having payslip of every payment. I had made all the payments by August. But Still i received the bill. When i called to customer care the told me that i had not made payment of emi. I advocated to them i also sent scan copy of payslip. But standard Charted didnot took action agaist it, Nex month the also give the bill with late payment charges and intrest levid on it. Second time i Also called and it took 15mints again to mke him understand regarding my issue. They talked very rude and with no interest in helping me. finally he understood and promised al call pack from the company after looking into the issue. It took 15 days but i didnot got any call. Again I call to customer care (i had no other option) It again took 15min to make her understand again he was not listening and was not trying to help me.
I had bought a another mobile in november from flipcart, there was a discount of Rs 10% cash back on standard charted bank. I made more the the amount i had to paid. The cash back amount was to be paid by flipcark (i dont know what type of agreement is there in flipcart and Standard Charted) After on month I again got a bill with additional charges + i didnot got 10% cash back and standard charted had mad bill to the additional 10% cash back too. I called to Flip cart after my call the only paid 2009 rupees the late payment charges had not been paid by flipcark and standard chartted is asking me to pay.
