We booked the room in the Manila House of stanza during covid period. They showed the pictures and when we paid and came, they were not as the pictures showed.
They are totally fraud.
Now if we come to food. Food is not prepared in the mess, it comes from somewhere else and it's cold and in a very bad state. The menu and taste are really bad.
There is no standard of living here. Furniture in the room is in bad condition. They promised for 24 hours hot water but it comes only for 2 hours in the morning.
Before taking the money they told us that they will take for the 3 months as one installment but when we reached they took for 5 months and denied their claims.
The staff here is very rude and not at all cooperative. Warden is too manipulative.
Here there is a scan and order placing system for food which makes the living worse. Warden wakes us up by 7:30 just to scan. They just want us to scan the food whether we had it or not. They don't care about anything except the scanning.
Never prefer stanza in dehradun atleast. I am in deep regret for choosing stanza. The facilities which they claim aren't working or not accessible. They make false claims. Strict actions should be taken. Was this information helpful? |
