What happened later? Did you leave the premises? If yes, what happened next? I am in a similar situation and they are asking rent for next 5 months as my lock in period ends in May.

Hello
Can you please help me out by telling how did you proceed with this. I am also stuck in a similar situation.
In my case while making the contract one of the things that the sales executive told me was that i can terminate the contract at anytime. My last month rent will be used for the notice period month and security deposit will be forfeited. But now that executive is not associated with Stanza and it is showing that i have to pay the remaining months rent also.
Please help me out here. Thanks
