Stanza Living — Not refunding booking amount

I visted stanza living and saw the room, they are charging 8000rs per bed and thier are 2 bed in a single room. I thought i have no place to live so atleast i will book this bed as a backup and search for other. the sale person ask me to book bed so i did it. But now i found a place to live and within 1 days i mailed stanza to cancel my booking and refund me my money. I didn’t even sign any contract and neither i stay even 1 one but i got a mail that it is not refundable.

And it’s clear mentioned on thier website that booking amount is refundable( SCREENSHOT ADDED ) but now they are saying we are not able to refund that money..

I am also facing the same issue. I went for on-boarding on the next day and since I am not satisfied with the amenities available, took call with Sales guy and after getting the details, he was not picking the call there after.

No customer care number was available. Then send a mail requesting details and also raised ticket in support, no proper response received. They are simply closing the ticket that refund is not in policy
The same thing is happening with me now
