Dear Sir, I had booked an Order on11/10/2014 Electrolux Microwave as order no. [protected]. The same has been dispatched by you on 12/10/2014. Docket No.[protected]. But till date I had not received the Product. I have been calling the No. given by your executives a numerous of time but no response. Even your executives makes conference call with dispatch team & they also assured me that I will get the product next day 100% I had also mailed them 4 Times. But till date not received any reply. Even their Executives are misbehaving with my family members.
