Star Health And Allied Insurance Co. Ltd — NEFT Done amount not Refunded | |||||
Dear Sir While opting for a Health Insurance Policy via PNB Branch, I did a NEFT transfer of Rs. 17995 from my SBI account number #######6322 to United bank of India corporate Bank account Number #########4395 on 06th of July 2020. It was not the correct way of fund transfer as the amount was supposed to be transferred from PNB to PNB or PNB to UBI for availing the Group Health Insurance policy-PNB Gold. It was later brought to my knowledge and I have been requesting again and again for refund of the amount as that fund has not been used to avail the Policy however there has been no progress or initiative for refund. I am losing my patience now as I am not only having my funds locked but also losing interest on that. Kindly take proper initiative and refund the amount mentioned.
