[Resolved] StarCJ — Invoice bill of my payments not sent | |||
Starcj online shopping site has extreme unprofessional attitude towards thre customers. I had purchased karbonn titanium s1 mobile worth 9800/- but has not received any invoice with the delivery. 1st astonished by there website that at registered available areas shipment will reach in 4 working days it took them more than 15 days for delivery and that too without invoice. Now my mobile is damaged and want to repair it in warranty for which I won't have today a fee of 4200/- but since I don't have invoice there authorised service centres have rejected my request and asked me to call starcj customer service number and request for invoice. I placed my complaint in their customer service number [protected] but till date they have been delaying my complaint and now to my horror they have started misbehaving with me on a call. Sometimes their executive put my call on hold for more than 45 mins which I am sure they will be having a recording of it as they record every customer query call. It's been more than 10 days now there executives have even started threatening me on a call or sometimes disconnect my call by abusing me on a phone. Now I want to drag this issue to consumer court and need your support in it. Starcj — avoid this company at all costs
sir, my name is shalini gupta i bought a birla food proccessor from starcj in june 2013 after one month a problem in its big jar and after 2 month again problem in chutney jar it didnot proper work, and now problem in motor at this time it doesnot run.please solve and replace my food processer. I order for sheffied mannual juice combo set and he brought 3 pcs kitchan combo set
So I give a complain it will exchange in 2 days but it is a 4th day still

Dress material delivered are of low quality with faded prints
