State Bank of India [SBI] Complaints & Reviews

I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted Rupees 2000 for SWOS transaction on 2nd December 2020.
After talking to customer care, they said they have raised ticket against my complaint and I will receive a message from SBI for the same, but till now I have not received any message or response against my complain.
On 2nd December i received a message as: (DEBIT SWOS [protected] 2-DEC-20 xxxx S1NG000xxxxxx...

I purchased a laptop in Amazon.in through Yono Sbi on 23rd October.
I am supposed to get a 7% cashback as Amazon pay balance. But I haven't received it till date. When I raise the complaint with amazon,
they say that it hasn't been confirmed from your side.

I have uploaded the purchase details and also the screenshot of this particular transaction from my bank statement....

My acccount was debited for INR 10000/- on 2 December 2020 without any consent or authorization by me. I just recieved a messsage that your account has been debitted for INR 10000/- and narration said Debit SWOO, i tried reaching the customer care of SBI but they are not doing anything. This amount has been debited without any reason and is a clear fraud.
Please look into the matter as i see many people are being victim of this Debit...

Sir i hold a sbi account at Vasundhara branch Ghaziabad, on 02/12/2020. in morning i got a msg in my mobile that 10000 rs debited (Swoo... 29 nov 2020...).

i had not doing any transation from given period, plz sir look this matter and help to refund my money.

I have gone to sbi bank & asking about this but not given satisfied answer by bank.

I transferred 500 Rs from my account. Amount was deducted form my bank account but not transferred to the recipient. Didn't get any refund after 3 days....

I have return a sandle to amazon.for this I was given refund on 21/11/2020 but it hasn't come to my account till now....

I purchased a laptop using SBI YONO app from amazon on 25 January, 2020. there is an offer 10% instant Discount using SBI Credit Card for payment plus 5% cash back using SBI YONO app i.e. adding product using SBI YONO in Amazon Cart. Plus 5% Bonus Cashback for transection above 25000/- .
instant Discount received at that time. but 10% (Bonus 5% and Cashback 5%) still not received after too many complaints in Amazon and SBI there is...

Amazon refund the transaction amount
But the amount should not add to my bank account...

I cancelled one of my order on 25th November, 2020. Amazon processed the refund. they gave me the Reference id. but i didn't get my money back in my account till now. i have a bank account in state bank of India....

I paid SBI insurance policy transection RS 67215 transaction failed but same time transaction RS 49615 transfer one97 communication thru SBI debit card...

On 22.11.2020, when I tried to recharge with Rs. 490, the transaction failed and my bank account was debited. However, such balance has not been refunded till date.

I made several follow ups with the help line number of SBI Fastag. Every time they assured that sum would be credited soon but nothing has happened. Now it appears that they have blocked the number since I am not able to contact to the customer care helpline.br...

I have transferred amount Rs.31000 and Rs.10000 to other bank account on 30/11/2020 amount Rs.9.44 deducted from SBI saving account . the reference number is DEBIT [protected]DOM surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd 30/11/2020

why for online transactions AMOUNT IS GETTING DEDUCTED

Long story short, my Amazon refund was initiated on 24th November. SBI still hasn't processed the refund. The Refund Reference Number is[protected]....

I am an sbi customer from Sarupather, Chungajan with pin 785601. The CSP person took charge for money transfer at cash and also he deducted from the deposited bank account today. His CSP is in our village: santipur majgaon, post office: chungajan. He use to do this scam most frequently to almost every customer. Please do something to this issue....
