State Bank Of India [SBI] — charge dispute on "refund never processed"

A refund of 9999 rupees was successfully processed on 12 november 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. I trying to recharge my mobile myself through freecharge app throughout net banking money deducted from my account but the charge was not successful I complaint the freecharge but they replied that the money with the bank it was in May 2018 I complaint many time to sbi but they didn’t refund my money

In the month of September my account balance reached to below ₹ 1000 when the minimum balance account was ₹ 3000 . Then the Bank deducted ₹ 200+ from that amount which was available in my account + they also taken ₹ 350 as lien amount now it have been 2 months i have maintained the average balance (4000) still i haven't got my lien amount back.
