Dear sir/ mam I regret to inform that i had apply for your sbi card prime visa application[protected], and i provide all documents which is need as per your Requirement, I have complete verification from ekyc through your employee, But right now my application status show the decline without my knowledge i am not getting any mail or massage from sbi for decline the application, Complaints 1) i want know about reason for decline, 2) if any happen regarding my application then bank obligation to inform to the client, but i am not getting any thing else. 3) why sbi complete ekyc if i am not fit in sbi card rule 4) what about the policy for issue the credit card, App:[protected] Name:- rishi shankar kumar D. My compliant is still outstanding i am not getting proper solution,
Second email to rbi, zonal of sbi, chairman of sbi, head customer care, with the proof for decline wrongly,

I have apply for a credit card with the application[protected] and required documents upload on the website,
After 4 business days respective authority visit on given address for ekyc, and complete the ekyc,
i check about credit card application status on 31/01/2018, but their show declined i am not getting any massage/ mail/ call/ for decline,
In this regard i call on customer care but they are deny for duty, and same day i make application to the respective authority of sbi as well as consumer court and Rti,
But still i am not getting proper solution about the declined application,
As discuss with your customer care for issue credit card
1) CIBIL score should above of 650,
2) ITR should 400000/-
3) Having exiting credit card,

So i am request that my application is reject due to mistake, kindly issue the credit card as soon as possible,
