State Bank Of India [SBI] — waiting tatkal ticket cancelled and amount refunded from irctc but did not get the amount in the account

I booked a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 23 september 2019 from howrah to kanpur in train no. 12301 for 21 october 2019, but i cancelled my ticket on 4 october 2019.in my irctc account, it is showing that amount has been refunded but i haven't get the amount in my account.
