[Resolved] Stayzilla — Pathetic service and no refund guarantee | |||||
This is regd. Pathetic facilities and services of PalmCoast beachresort, Chirala, booked through Stayzilla and suffered two nights with my family. No attempts were made by Stayzilla team to fix the gaps. Instead they deny any refund saying “We have already made payment to hotel hence cant refund”. Escalation team (Thomas, Phillip and Uma Mageshwari) are absolutely pathetic/disgusting in their customer service approach and don't seem to be convinced even if I have given enough screenshot of the dirty/unhealthy facilities of hotel.I need legal action against these fraud people and organization. : 1.Washing and cleaning water is completely salty (same as sea water). I have to get water can to survive. 2.Salt deposits on the roof tops clearly depicts it 3.Paid for breakfasts, where as it is complementary (Bills attached, along with lunch food but exclude them) 4.Room service (Cleaning was pathetic) as you literally have to go and tell them for cleaning. (No soap, handwash available in toilets) 5.It was a double-bed deluxe room, but the bed was of Cane and that to two beds were joined and with two separate mattress. Very difficult for the kid to sleep along with two adults. 6.Swimming pool has drain waters(pics attached). When I complained, they drained the water out, but the dirtiness is clearly visible and no one can dare to get into such pool. 7.Basic stuffs like fish and tea are not available when you need them most. 8.Mr. Sunil (Stay contacts) never bothered to check with us, if the facilities are fine and did not try rectifying them. 9.Overall the hotel does not meet any standards of a resort. Concerns against Stayzilla customer care and Escalation team: •Lodged a complaint on the same day of my stay about the poor quality and service with Stayzilla but no response that day. •Second day lodged another complaint in the morning, but no response again. •Second day afternoon lodged the 3rd complaint, upon which the Escalation team contacted (Thomas) and assured to take action. •No action taken by Thomas, nor tried contacting me (Miserable person with no sense of customer empathy) •Upon reaching Hyderabad, contacted customer care again and escalations teams (almost 10 times now) but in return what I got is that, Stayzilla will not refund the money as they have already paid to the hotel owner. •Escalated again to senior management on 27th and reached to Philip. This guy was even pathetic and sucks big time. He said the same thing but in a more diplomatic manner. He said can't help me and only can spare me with a 500 rs. gift voucher. (looks like am a bloody fool) •Philip committed me that he will talk to the Hotel management for the final time see what he can do for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
