Stray Dogs — Pets and Animal complaint

Dear sir,

I would like to complain about growing numbers of stray dogs in our society Dheeraj Enclave, Borivali East, Mumbai 400066

There is lot of defecation and unhygienic surrounding because of the dogs
Also their numbers are increasing day by day and it is getting difficult to sleep as they bark and difficult to step out as they bite

Please help
