Stray Dogs — Problem with stray dogs

Hello, I'm Vivek from Shastri colony, Sector 19 Faridabad. I've been facing this issue since 2-3 years that these dogs have created a nuisance in our society fighting all day night, barking the whole night and not allowing people sleep. They bark and bite any outsider they see and I've also been chased by them many times. Kindly make a way out for them from here.
