Stray Dogs — stray animals

Hello all
I am a resident of a block vipul world sector 48 sohna road gurgaon.
Since past one year the stray dogs in and around my residents have multiplied and now they roam in a pack of 10.
It is quite scary to think about the harm they can cause in the future, if they are not controlled.
My request is that their should be some guideline or law which can help us from the menace of stray dogs.
Please save the residents of a block vipul world from this menace
