Stray Dogs — Stray dog trouble

I am a resident living in a apartment in green glen layout bellendur.
one of the tenant living in the apartment, is feeding 2 stray dogs in the apartment due to which the 2 dogs is coming inside the apartment and has srtteled inside the apartment permanently.
the tenants inspite of telling not to feed do not listen
It situtaion is becoming worse day by day and causing a lot of nuicence.
please take a strict action by taking away the dogs.
