Stray Dogs — stray dogs eating other animals and trying to harm local people

I'm writing this to inform you that there are many stray dogs in my area and at the time of night they eat other animals like goat or cats and today they ran onto me too.
Please take my complaint and catch those dogs.
There are more than 50 stray dogs just in my area.
