Street Dogs — Mentally Ill street dogs roaming freely in Colony

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am resident of Sainik Colony, sector-49, Faridabad, Haryana. I want to bring to your kind notice that the street dogs in our society have created a panic. There are many
street dogs in our society that too are unbearable. They bite people with no reason and chase them. They have created a terror in my society, the number is increasing day by day. Its my humble request to kindly remove them from our society.
