Dear concerned officer,
It is here to inform all the concerned authorities that I, Rahul Narang, resident of H.U.D.A, Sector-11, 12, Panipat. I want to tell you that there are 8 -10 dogs in our street who bark so many times in a day to people passing on, creating a lot of disturbance. We all society members request you to take any action on street dogs as we got much-disturbed.
