I had ordered and waited for 2 months I still had not received my order so I finally cancelled it but I have not received a refund...

I want to return my product as they have sent me small size. But no return initiated from their side. I have only received one msg that pick up failed as user was not available. But that completely false no one has came to pick up my parcel. It costs 790 rupees. I have called more than 100 times but no one is receiving. My order id#8135982. I ordered from sss on 1 October 2023 and its 16 October today it's been 15 days since I have not received it and I have paid online for it and in the status it shows I refused to accept it the services are very awful...

Hello i requested for exchange of my product on 21/09/2023 at 20:21pm. i had issues with size of my dress so i opted for exchange and request has been generated against order id #8090333 but since then i did'nt received any further update from street style store so i request you to look into this matter and send my exchanged product soon or provide me money refund for my product....

Refund is not reflected in my account and no customer care executive are receiving my calls order no #8099846...

Money is deducted from my account but no transaction has taken place even after 24 hrs...

The costumer support is not picking up the call. The order is taking too long and it’s a prepaid one. I have to cancel my order but there’s no response or any option to reach out to them...
