This is regarding a pair of shoes worth Rs.
1, 311.00 (and after discount Rs.
1, 114.35) I purchased from an online shopping site called Styletag. . When I received the shoes, they were small in size to which I called
their customer service to complaint about it and requested to replace it with
bigger size. I returned the package on my expense spending 300 Rs
courier charges. Now they called me saying they will replace it provided I pay
the courier service to collect my replaced product. Anything regarding payment
to the courier service is not mentioned on their return policy page of their
website.
This is very misleading for the consumers and unethical to not mention
important information on their website. Being an online/ e-commerce company,
consumer relies on the information provided on the website.
This is very inconvenient and harassing following up to get a product I have already paid than the actual price.
I would be grateful if this can be sorted.
