Never ever buy plots or flats from this 'so-called' developers. I've had the worst experience of losing money and time. Needless to say, i have been through a great mental agony. Every person employed with them knows how much fraudulent company they are. The clerks pathetically respond, the lower-management suck with their false-promises, the higher-management is never available and they're highly skilled in buying time with their responses. You will see their true colors only when you begin arguing with them. Keeping mum or being courteous with them will yield nothing.
To start with, i had invested in subhagruha's sukriti royal. Was foolish to have been prospective and neglected the important aspects starting from hmda logo on their brochure that said 'hmda layout'. They convinced saying it is a hmda project (Not approved layout, a proposed layout which on a later date would receive the approval). Three years passed by and they are yet to get an approval for the project. Meanwhile i made a hundred visits, and thousand calls, all of which proved to be in vain. They make you stupid with their false assurances on delivering (Even upto giving you a post-dated cheque assuring you of your money) the plot. Those cheques dated 4-5 months late. I had to invest a great deal of time, waiting at office for someone to show up and answer to my concerns. Once they know you are annoying them with visits or calls, they cleverly give you appointments on a date when you would realize that the m. D or chairman had left due to some urgent work. This happened twice with me. They signal or make a call (While you are waiting outside to meet md) to leave, then would summon you to their place (Making time/space for md to leave) and plead you to wait for some more days since the approval is almost expected. While you argue md slithers out. I have known some greatest of life.. Mr salam on the top, mr sunil, eswar reddy, sailoo.. The whole bunch of marketing. I was made to feel so helpless and regretful about my decision to buy their plot. They take every opportunity to buy time, i mean i am just wondering as to how much fraud they commit... I was told wait for 15 days, we're very eagerly waiting. After 3 months they say, wait for 15 days again. That is just an excuse for them to be in peace for 15 days. I had to force myself and take a decision to quit the association. I made up my decision to let go of it and started arguing more seriously. That's when i faced their true colors/behavior. I cannot even narrate things that they did to me, it was such a great humiliation (Despite paying installation amount upfront). Anyway, to cut short, after fighting rigorously for 8 months at stretch, i got my deposit amount back without interest rate. I lost almost more than one lakh rupees due to this company. I had to leave them without suing just because of tiredness.
Highly disagree and disapprove of their establishment. I dont recommend you buy anything with them. I don't understand how that sitarama shastry endorses them Was this information helpful? |
