[Resolved]  Subhagruha, Sukrithi Royal — Plot advance refund

I am the victim of the Subhagruha Sukrithi Royal venture (Srisailam highway) advance payment marketing strategy. I paid an advance of Rs.50, 500 for plot no 257 on[protected]. Due to some personal reasons I decided not to buy the plot. From October 2012, I have been asking Subhagruha to refund my money but they are not paying my money back.
