I am a subscriber of Sun Direct DTH in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh for the last 1 year. I recharged my account online and purchased some add-ons. There is an option to add add-ons in Sun Direct website, and also an option for cancellation of added add-ons. There is no help or guidelines available on the website. My grievances are,
1. When I add a new package it debits my balance, then my point is, it should credit my account on cancellation...
