[Resolved] Sunshine Cargo Packers (Gurgaon) — Complaint of Household goods against SUNSHINE CARGO PACKERS(Gurgaon) | |||
Myself Anubhaw Singh booked my household goods from Noida to Varanasi on 16 /12/13 by SUNSHINE CARGO PACKERS(Gurgaon) . I got this company number from Just Dial services. The coordinator(Sunil) of SUNSHINE CARGO PACKERS assured me that goods will be delivered within 3-4 days means on (20/12/13 or 21/12/13). But till 24/12/13 I have not received my goods. From 18/12/13 I am calling them but either they are not picking up the phone or every time they responded with different tones. All the promises given by them was not got completed. From my side I called them around every hour. I send SMS which they replied once or twice. Further they send me the number of Mr. Ravi who was according to them was looking after the transport department. I talked to Ravi and he assured me that our consignment will reach in 2-3 days but this was also a false promise. After that he is also not picking up the phone. Now the situation is this whenever they pick up my call, are not responding properly and using abusive words. Mr. Sunil Narwal of “Sunshine Cargo Packers” agreed to transport goods from hostel room of my daughter at room no. 318B Santosh Girls Hostel, Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad to my above address for a total charge of Rs.7000/- for packing, loading, transportation, unloading and unpacking. His staff took charge of goods on 04.09.2015 from above address, but did not properly packed the good and said that their packing material has been stolen, and they will complete the packing at their godown.
After loading the goods on their vehicle ‘MAHENDRA CHAMPIO – DL 1L N8411’ they demanded Rs.11, 500/-. I told them that our talk was held only for Rs. 7000/- but they said that 4500/- are charges for insurance and taxes. There was an argument between us, and finally they agreed to do the total job of packing, loading, transportation and unloading and unpacking at a total charge of Rs. 8000/- out of which Rs.3000/- was immediately paid by me, and rest was to be paid on delivery of goods, and they issued consignment note no.710 dated 04.09.2015 (Copy enclosed).
Thereafter on 07.9.2015 when I contacted Mr. Sunil Narwal regarding the status of my goods, he said that the goods will only be sent if I pay Rs. 8000/- more. He also sent his account details through SMS for remitting of funds. As important and costly goods were in his possession, as told by him I remitted Rs. 8000/- into account No. [protected] of “Sunshine Cargo Packers” with Sec-23A Gurgaon Branch of Punjab National Bank IFSC – PUNB0484900.
However, since then he is not responding to our calls, mails and messages through whatsapp or SMSs, and has misappropriated and converted our goods.
In the consignment note they have mentioned following charges –
Freight – 7000.00
Octroi – 750.00
Insurance – 600.00
Lorry Receipt Charges – 1200.00
Service Tax - 1365.00
Grand Total – 11115.00
It is worth mentioning here that I did not ask them to insure my goods, on Insurance Box at the top of consignment note they have clearly mentioned O/R i.e. at owners Risk and they have not insured the goods as no insurance cover note or policy has been issued still they have charged Insurance Premium from me. For preparation of LR they have charged 1200 which is away from any law, rule or practise of the trade. They have also charged Rs. 1365/- as service tax on all the other charges and the service tax has not been deposited with the taxing authorities.
Clearly M/s “Sunshine Cargo Packers” and his owner Mr. Sunil Narwal is engaged in fraudulent activities and their account with Punjab National Bank is being utilised for this illegal purpose. Several other complaints from many other victims are available of various sites as a proof of frauds committed by them which I will be able to forward to you in case it is required.
I request you to lodge complaint against “Sunshine Cargo Packers” Plot No. F-55A, New Palam Vihar Phase – 1 Gurgaon 122001 and also at Shop No-3, Khande Niwas, Hanuman Road, Pawai Mumbai -76 email- [protected]@gmail.com, mobile nos. [protected], [protected], [protected] and account No. [protected] with Sec-23A Gurgaon Branch of Punjab National Bank and its owner Mr. Mr. Sunil Narwal. I also request to stop the operation of their account No. [protected] with PNB so that it may not be further used for fraudulent purposes.

I booked Sunshine movers and packers to move my goods from Delhi to Hyderabad on 4/1/14 and as per their words they had to deliver my stuff in 5-7 days but i have ben calling them from last 3 days no one is picking up my calls...
I called them from many different numbers too but they arent responding to my calls, mails or SMS.
As of today 13/1/14 I dont know where my goods are and I dont even have any source to get the correct info too.
The person whom I contacted was Sunil and the address mentioned on bill is: Gurgaon office plot no F-55A, New palam Vihar phase 1 gurgaon.
Please help me to get my goods back.
