Supreme Solar — I bought solar water heater replacement issue

Updated by Gopi Manjunath M I have bought solar water heater of 200 litres with supreme solar, when the service engineer came for service he said issue with drum just in 2years given warranty for 5 years. First they asked for invoice or guarantee gaurd unfortunately I missed some where, they have not accepted tried to convince me and sell another water heater by paying 16000. I started searched and found gaurantee card. Now they are not accepting without invoice. We call the no.[protected], they do not have courtesy to listen my words very hard to me and cut the phone with no manners.
Need to take serious action on them, otherwise they will fool many consumers
