I have attached a payment screenshot and a website screenshot, which confirms payment is received, customer care is not responding and onetime they picked up the call and told payment is not received and the order is with them, later they are telling they need to procure order and still payment is not received, I have checked with my bank also the payment was credited to them on 10th March 2023, now customer care phone OR email no one is responding, please help!
