I purchase a mobile XOLO A 550 of Rs. 3009 from surpluss.in dt. 16/01/2016 and payment through my hdfc credit card on EMI bases. This amount debited on a/c on same day dt. 16/01/2016. And I recd a message from surplus.in your order no.[protected] dt. 16/01/2016 go to quality check. As on tele dated no information on my mobile or my mail id. so please help me.
