Suzuki Access 125 — not working

Respected sir / madam,

I am rani singh from dehradun. I had purchased a scooty (Suzuki access 125) from doon suzuki on dated 21/09/2015. I was intending to buy an honda activa but my friend recommended me suzuki access. So i made my mind to buy suzuki access 125. I have not too much run a day. It was working nicely. All time i get it serviced at your centre. (Doon suzuki) but on 18/09/2017 suddenly it stopped working its kick was no functioning. As it was 7:30pm. So i parked it in a nearly house. On 19/09/2017 i took it to your service station then they told me that its engine is not working (Seazed). It was very disappointed as i had heard very high about your company. What should i do now yours.
