A few days back i have ordered carrot halva from sweet khana. I though they will deliver within half an hour. Then i checked and found that they deliver within a week so i have read their terms and conditions in which it was clearly mentioned that you can cancel the order before 2:30pm because i have placed the order in that slot. I was trying to submit a request for the same but their website was not taking the output. Actually, it was not allowing me to enter the description and without description, the query was not getting submitted.
I tried 5-6 times it did not happen. I kept some screen shots of the same as a proof. Then in the night i have opened the website on my pc and somehow managed to submit the query but cancellation period was gone.
I did not get any intimation about the order status (Shipped, packed). I have sent e-mails also at their e-mail id that i was not able to submit the query because of your stupid website so that is not my fault. I do not need the order give me my refund as it was a prepaid order.
No reply i have got. Then after 1-2 days when the order was shipped out these people sent an e-mail stating we can not cancel the order as you have not responded to us within the cancellation period.
After next day i got the cal from dtdc boy he said order in their local language. I was in officer i asked my one of a friend to talk to him. That delivery agent is saying take this or else i will give it to your neighbour. I said it's a building and i do not talk o people but he was not agreeing and saying then collect from dtdc office. My friend disconnected the call.
Next morning i got a call from dtdc people i told them to give it back to the company i need a refund.
Till date no refund no sweet, i have sent them so many screenshot proofs also the e-mail proof which i have sent but no one replied but they clearly said no refund.
Now i have sent them 6-7 e-mails again no response.
Tell me what to do. I feel so helpless. I am working so far from my home i need money and these people have wasted my money worth rs. 300.
