Symphony Air Cooler — Product damaged and become unused, heavy charge levied & too late delivery | |||||
I had booked an air cooler at phursungi (Pune) to sivakasi (T. N) on 02/05/16 with a request to booking clerk mr sunil for safe delivery. He assured. The same pack received on 18/05/2016 with fully broken condition. They were charged me rs.1153/-, but the actual rate is rs.569 as per their freight calculator. Now my air cooler rs.3500/- become unusable and totally my money wasted, because of booking in navata road transport. I didn't aware about it's customer review and complaints, when i open site to complaint i found it is an india's largest irresponsible transport co. Was this information helpful? | |||||
