Symphony Cooler — No action against complaint

I purchased symphony hi cool cooler March 2015 from Bhiwadi. Its motor fan is not working since July 14. I have complained in symphony customer service three times but no action has been taken there end till now. Also complaint closed without any solution or contacted us.
