Buyed product on 4th May. Received delivery on 5th May.
Raised a complained to Croma store same day. They said try out things.
I tired and told them not working at all. Replace the product or repair the product.
Very poor cooling not like at a store as well. i can consider bit less from store but it is very very poor.
I asked them to replace the product, i will buy other product from you only or provide any soluntion. They said once product open we can not take it back. but for product testing i have to open box anyways. CROMA online shops and tata website accept return and replace but store is not accpeting. I also not asked for money return, just replace product with other form same store. I also agree for same company as well.
I see CROMA is TATA's brand, it is very poor. It is not tata, TATA always cares for customer.
Kindly return the product, i will take other product as product is not damaged as well. Raised complained at store on 5th still no updates from them. If it is time taking process it is a very very bad structure from CROMA and team. Was this information helpful? |
