Symphony — Default in product and failure in services | |||
I registered on 30th May 2015 for a faulty motor in my Symphony Storm 70i. I was told that it will be attended within 24-48 hours. I got a call on the next day from local technical center that technician will come in the evening. we waited, no one came. I called on 1st June, and I was told that technician will come immediately. Again no one came. Next day on 2nd I called customer care and I was told that technician will come definitely before 7 pm. Again no one came. On night of 3rd June at Mid-night I received an message that "Dear customer We have closed your complaint. To get it repaired please re-register". i have logged 6 complaints till now. This is absurd. No one came to my house to see the problem. it has been a month. They are harassing me mentally. I want to replace my product.
